Sean Langan is a lawyer and a registered trademark agent. He obtained his joint law degree and Masters of Business Administration from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business, and he earned an Honours Bachelor of Engineering from Ryerson Polytechnic University. His legal experience includes working at a leading intellectual property law firm, where he specialized in trademark and patent law and worked on litigation matters for national and foreign corporations.
Sean’s practice at Paradigm IP covers all facets of trademark law and protection, but especially relates to the enforcement of registered and unregistered trademarks. He advises clients regularly on strategies for dealing with competing trademarks and appears before the Trade-marks Office and the Federal Court on trademark cancellation and expungement cases.
