Sandra Cha is a lawyer and a registered trademark agent. She obtained her law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto. Her legal experience includes working at a boutique business and technology law firm, where she practiced intellectual property and business law and advised start-up and mid-sized businesses on the trademark issues involved in new media, technology and franchising.
Sandra’s practice at Paradigm IP covers all facets of trademark law and protection, but especially relates to the selection, clearance and registration of trademarks. She represents clients at all stages in the filing and prosecution of trademark applications and in oppositions to trademark applications.
